I don't think I baked for quite as long as I maybe should have (I had bread in the oven at the same time) but it was still awesome. Isa Chandra Moskowitz does not disappoint with desserts!

Strawberry Rhubarb Crumb Pie from Vegan Pie In The Sky...Fantastic! I've made strawberry rhubarb pie before, but I think the crumb topping was just what was needed to take it to the next level. This is going to be my go-to strawberry rhubarb pie recipe from now on.
